When he’s not giving out the best fades in Inverness, Brandon Lamont is locked away in the studio. Having recently released tracks on Kouncil Cuts, the Radio Club creator and film photographer is a welcomed addition to our 5th release on the Milkit label.
Production-wise, the highlands man takes strong inspiration from icons such as Drexciya, Mall Grab, Viers, and anything S.C.D.D related.

Designed for both the club and the kitchen speakers, this breakbeat thumper has a different impact in each scenario. The twinkling arpeggiators create a and italo-like dreamscape while the acid line propels the track into another dimension. Dystopian synth pads, combined with a vox-laden breakdown and a 4-to-the-floor crescendo top the track off like wonderfully cosmic icing on the cake.
